Ballade Sports 01-05 Honda K20A / K20A2 Oil Pan Baffle

 

The Ballade Sports Sports drop-in K-series Oil Pan Baffle is a unique product that easily installs onto the the oil floor pan and handcuffs the oil sump arm. The dividers and trap doors section off the sump to keep oil from moving aggressively from one side of the pan to the other during hard corning. The open top design still allows adequate return oil flow to the pan. The design is simple and effective.

K-series Engine Compatibility Notes:
This baffle was originally designed on the 02-04 K20A2 Acura Type-S engine. However, it is compatible with other K-series engines with a few required modifications in order for the baffle to fit:

1) You must use an 02-06 Acura RSX Type-S oil pump
2) You must use an 02-06 Acura RSX Type-S oil pan

The following K-series engines will require an 02-06 Acura Type-S oil pump & pan in order to use this drop-in baffle:  

• K20A3 (02-05 Civic Si)
• K20Z3 (06-11 Civic Si) 
• K24A2 (04-08 TSX)
• K20/24 engine builds

Will fit any other K-Series engines as long as they are installed with the following compatible parts.

Honda Genuine Part Numbers:

• Oil Pan – (11200-PRB-000 or 11200-RAA-A00)
• Oil Pump – (15100-PRB-A01) or Similar
• Timing Chain - 13441-PCX-004
  
• Timing Chain Guide: Acura/Honda Part Number: 13460-PNC-004
  

• K24- Must use aluminum oil pan

*Not Compatible with RRB oil pan. Not Compatible with any oil pump assemblies with balance shafts.
